"Returning to work 6 weeks after my heart attack"

I suffered a heart attack in March of this year and to support me in my recovery I was referred to Cardiac Rehab Team at Gartnavel Hospital.

They provided help and advice on diet, exercise and mental awareness. They were able to answer all my questions and offer support both physically and mentally. I attended 12 weeks of cardiac physio under the watchful eye of nurses and physios which has been invaluable in getting stronger and fitter and returning to work 6 weeks after my heart attack. I couldn't have done it without Sheena, Rhona, Craig and Alison who have been instrumental in my recovery. I cant thank them all enough.
