"It was all absolutely brilliant"

I had an appointment for an ultrasound of my bladder and kidneys at the new Lincoln Community Diagnostic Centre. I arrived in the free carpark and there were plenty of spaces. 

When I walked in the receptionist was kind and there were two people waiting to show people where to go, which I really appreciated. We had some friendly chat on the way as they took me to the right department. It was all at ground floor level which was good. Everything was clean and new. I went to the waiting room and before I could sit down my name was called and I was taken straight in to the diagnostic room where they explained everything they were going to do. I had two ultrasound scans and then they told me that the results should be back with my GP within a week. 

It was all absolutely brilliant. I felt I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was most impressed and felt that with this new centre it is NHS money being spent in the right way. I feel if I had had to go to the Lincolnshire Hospital I would have had to wait for much longer. I was absolutely delighted and want to share my feedback because it's good to get positive feedback.
