"The whole team were wonderful"

I was very nervous going in for the cardioversion. The whole team involved in my care were wonderful very caring, down to earth, smiling, they put me at ease and made the whole experience very positive. Glenfield has been the absolute best experience I have ever had. I have been to other hospitals where staff were not friendly and didn’t explain things or even talk to you. This makes such a huge difference when you are unwell. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to everyone involved in my care. Thank you.
