Thank you for your post. Its really good to get positive feedback about how you are finding the support provided by Swanswell. Peer support is really important in helping people to recover from drug and alcohol problems and we are really keen to get more people who use our service involved with this. Positive feedback like this will hopefully spread the word about the benefits of peer support so more people get involved.

We want to increase the availability of peer support groups so please let us know if you have any ideas about how we can do this. Our peer support groups currently run in the following locations:

Swanswell Loughborough, 95 Ashby Road, every Wednesday from 1pm

Swanswell Coalville, 42 High Street, every Wednesday from 10am

Hinckley Fire station, Leicester Road, every Monday from 2.30pm

The Bassett Centre, Bassett Street, Wigston, every Friday at 3.30pm

Lutterworth - please call Swanswell on 0300 303 5000 for further details as the group is currently being moved location

Also don't forget that we are currently facilitating SMART recovery groups in Leicestershire at the following locations:

John Storer House, Loughborough, every Monday between 5.30pm-7pm

The Bassett Centre, Wigston every Wednesday between 3pm-4.30pm
