"I am truly in awe of these ladies"

I contacted my surgery, Braesview Medical Centre in Polmont on a day following a local holiday, correctly guessing phone lines would be busy.  

My call was answered my receptionist Sharon, who was most polite, asking questions regarding my symptoms to make sure I was passed to the correct Medic.

I was telephoned within 20 Minutes by ANP Carrie who talked through my symptoms giving advice on how to manage in the interim and gave me an appointment for early pm., Carrie then telephoned to check how I was feeling and offering me an earlier appointment with ANP Joyce at noon, Joyce was really helpful towards me, asking lots of questions and giving a thorough examination, issued prescriptions for steroids & antibiotics and further helpful advice to manage my ongoing condition.  

I am truly in awe of these ladies and also the ongoing service I receive from all staff at Braesview Medical Centre.
