"All the staff I met and witnessed were friendly and put patients at ease"

About: Western General Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

Was assessed by a lovely competent nurse practitioner with the help of a sympathetic supportive radiographer in the Minor Injuries Unit. Clear diagnosis and management plan was given. Despite a busy workload waiting was minimal. All the staff I met and witnessed were friendly and put patients at ease. Could not fault the service offered, and that's from someone who has worked as a clinician in the health service for 40 years.
