"My referral to occupation therapy"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Occupational Therapy

(as a service user),

I was very nervous to attend my appointment ,Ross put me at ease right away, He then done a home visit & assessed my needs,He realised some of my equipment was wrong for me& rectified that right away, within 2 days I had my new toilet seat & shower chair. Ross listened to me which has sometimes been lacking at my practise.Ross was very helpful & informative in a positive way ,there was no judgement from him.I would recommend Ross to anyone who needs occupational help.Ross is a very pleasant guy & has got me more help within days where I felt nothing was happening.I would like to thank ROSS,& let his team know what an asset he is.
