"Occupational therapy with Catriona"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Occupational Therapy

(as a service user),

I wasn't very sure what to expect from OT when I received the welcome call from Catriona. She immediately put my mind at ease by explaining the whole course of cognitive activation behaviour that we would complete together. I was offered telephone or in person appointments which seemed very accommodating. Catriona has really helped me to focus on the good parts of my day and given me the tools to identify and regularly accomplish tasks that I need to/want to complete that I found too much to even think about before.
