Suffering with an eating disorder for years and being in denial its only now i can admit it. This is due to starting a CBTE program.
Leanda, the clinical lead for eating disorders does my sessions each week. It's tough- sometimes there's tears and it's raw and sometimes there's laughter but most of all there's someone by your side throughout the journey. Leanda is approachable, knowledgeable and understanding!
You need someone you can trust to lay everything out on the table on the road to recovery. She explains everything so well and helps me challenges my inner demons. Suffering for so many years has been exhausting and this is the furthest I've ever been to recovery!
Leanda is such a warm human being that has saved me!
