"Friendly, welcoming staff"

About: NHS Forth Valley / Covid 19 Vaccination Programme

(as the patient),

I recently attended for my winter vaccine. I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment however I was welcomed by the receptionist and booked in and asked to take a seat in their reception area.

I was taken immediately and was attended to by Nurse Lorraine, who checked my details etc., then asked further clarification details by Nurse Alison.  I was then given my vaccination, Nurse Lorraine explained the after effects and also advised me to walk slowly back to the car park, drink plenty of water etc.

The attention & care for the short time I was in the Vaccination Clinic, I was treated very professionally by friendly, welcoming staff.  Thank you!
