"Clinical staff are excellent but admin can be stretched"

Clinical staff are excellent - professional and friendly. Both my wife and I have been treated at the hospital - successfully and with great care.  We are very grateful to have this hospital near us.  However, it is clear that the hospital suffers from 'bed blockers' and seems 'overwhelmed' at times. Administration can be stretched and inefficient at times.  All due to a lack of funds and the immense pressure under which the hospital works no doubt. My wife and I wish all at the hospital the very best - to repeat: The staff are excellent, professional and friendly and we are so grateful to them.
