About: Hamilton Locality Support Service / Treatment Room (Hamilton)

(as the patient),

Very long time to wait in a very busy waiting room and the car park is to small.  why can’t this be done in the Doctors surgery. Put the nurses under too much stress. If I was working it is a considerable wait out of their working day. There must do another way of working the system and it need to be looked at again.

It worked better when it was a appointment system
