(as a parent/guardian),

Despite the long waiting list (around 18 months for us), I cannot fault the assessment process and those who interacted with my daughter.

Alyx, psychologist, who conducted most of the assessments, was able to build a rapport with my daughter, to the point that she got excited to be going to her appointments!

The assessment was thorough and Alyx and the team were able to observe all the things my daughter has masked outside of the house for many years.

Really very impressed with the team and the process, thank you.

Alyx and the team work incredibly hard to create a safe and welcoming environment, and it's wonderful to know your daughter felt comfortable and even excited to attend her appointments.

We're especially glad that the assessment helped uncover things that have been masked for so long — that insight can be so important in understanding and supporting a young person’s needs.
