"Fantastic Staff"

I went to have a mole removed at the Dermatology department and was given lots of comfort and reassurance by nurses - Lynn and Shirley, as I was feeling very nervous.  They really set my mind at ease.  The staff showed great diligence with Lynn even spotting another cancerous mole on my back during prep, which had been missed on previous examinations.  I have had bad experiences in the past with very painful injections for mole removals but this one was almost entirely pain-free.  I couldn't be more grateful.  Thanks so much!
