"Very kind and efficient"

I attended the endoscopy department to have a broncoscopy to take biopsies for lung cancer.

All staff from the lady on the reception desk to the nurses looking after me were very kind and efficient. 

My daughter who was waiting for me in reception was also so pleased with how she was treated with everyone so approchable  and keeping her up to date. 

I was nervous about this appointment and dreading it, and despite it being an unpleasant procedure, the day itself was actually made pleasant by the kindness of the staff.
