Reasonably efficient process, politely booked in. Helpful staff. Enough staff around to process and deal with patients. Good explanations. Test completed and then allowed to leave.

Only comment is the environment/rooms/waiting areas all a bit run down and dingey but appreciate that's not a priority and even QEB is now getting old. Ideally Scottish Government might eventually think about something new on the GRI site. Thank you.

We are pleased to hear that your appointment went smoothly and that our staff were helpful, polite, and able to provide clear explanations throughout your visit. Your positive comments about the efficiency of the service and the support from the team are very much appreciated, and we will make sure they are shared with the relevant colleagues.

We also appreciate your honest observations about the condition of the environment and waiting areas. While our priority is always safe and effective clinical care, we recognise that the physical environment plays an important role in patient comfort and experience. Your comments will be passed on to the facilities and management teams so they can be considered as part of ongoing planning and improvement work.
