"Care received during a long stay"

About: Causeway Hospital / Surgical 2

(as the patient),

I went into surgical 2 in Causeway hospital for a day procedure and ended up staying for almost 6 weeks. The care I received from the doctors, nurses, porter, domestic staff and the catering staff was second to none my stay. Every member of staff knew about you, what treatment you needed and even when I was having a bad day. Nothing was any bother to these nurses or doctors. I had to be transferred to Antrim for some scans and some procedures and always was greeting with a big welcome when I arrived back to surgical 2.
