"Treatment for hyperemisis"

I have been suffering with hyperemisis in my second pregnancy. I contacted my Gp from very early on around 6 weeks. The care I have received from Dr Kernohan has been simply outstanding. I was listened to and started on medication. When the medication wasn’t working Dr Kernohan  took the time to individualise my care and is continuing to ensure I have the medication that’s right for me. I have been on the phone many times and never has it been too much bother to listen to me. I have managed to stay out of hospital which is amazing given that I had many hospital admissions in my first pregnancy. I know that without this care my experience would be very different. I am very grateful to have a Dr so committed to person centred care and although each day is very hard she has certainly made pregnancy life a lot easier.

I also want to commend the other members of the team in beechwood medical practice especially Kate & Matthew who go above and beyond every time I phone. Thanks Again you are all appreciated
