(as a carer),

Edel did an OT assessment and supported my mother in gaining the equipment she needs to maintain living at home. It was a really good process with Edel being on time and very friendly and professional. When Medicare couldn’t give a time of delivery Edel helped with the details of timing, going over and above in helping my mother.
