Hi. I would like to send you some feedback about my recent Endoscopy appointment I had at DRI. For someone who is petrified of needles, I just want to say how amazing your staff were whilst I was having my procedure, from start to finish I was greeted with friendly approachable staff and surgeons. The process was flawless and the cup of tea and biscuits at the recovery stage lovely too. They took very good care of me, even though I didn’t take well to the sedation. Credit where credit is due, you all do an amazing job in the Endoscopy department. Please pass on my thanks to them xx
