(as a relative),

Mum went in for hip joint replacement, went into Newdigate Ward and through lack of care and mismanagement developed a cat 4 bed sore due to pressure damage in the ward. She was shouted at by a member of staff and was discharged to another hospital without her family knowing only to be sent back in a ambulance to A and E ward stuck in a corridor for several hours and then put back into the system.
