TRAQS asked for feedback on my experience of using their services to make an appointment at the Dereford Hospital. Just to make an appointment! Shocking waste of money asking for this feedback – had it been for the treatment I received at the hospital that would have been different – but for making an appointment? !
Also they say that we have a choice of which hospital we can go to but this is not true for people like me who live in rural areas – they do not have a choice.
