The audiology department are RHC are incredible. We have been attending for over 2 years since my daughter was found to be congenitally deaf. I cannot fault a single member of the team, literally everyone has been exceptionally kind and patient. They are real experts in how to treat young children, and they always go above and beyond to accommodate us. We never feel rushed and even when my daughter isn’t able to comply with tests or moulds they work with us proactively on making the appointment feel like a success.

We understand that navigating care following a diagnosis of congenital deafness can be challenging, and it is wonderful to know that the team’s kindness, patience and expertise have made such a positive difference to your family.

Your comments about how the team works so thoughtfully with young children, never rushing appointments and adapting when things do not go to plan, truly reflect the family-centred approach we strive to provide. Helping each visit feel positive and successful, even on difficult days, is so important and your feedback highlights the care and dedication shown by the team.
