About: Maternity / Emergency Obstetric Unit

(as the patient),

We had the pleasure of being cared for by Abigail in the Emergency Obstetrics Unit on several occasions, and she was exceptional every time. She was incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and kind, and took the time to clearly explain everything she was doing and why. Her reassurance and professionalism put us completely at ease during what could have been very stressful visits, and we felt genuinely listened to and well cared for throughout.

Thank you for taking the time to post this positive feedback relating to the care that Abigail has provided. I will pass on your feedback to Abigail and we appreciate you acknowledging how she has been able to provide reassurance and put you at ease during a stressful visit. It can be an anxious time for parents if a complication is identified during your pregnancy and we are delighted to hear that Abigail has provided you with the support that you require.

We would like to wish you well for the birth of your baby and once again thank you for sharing your post experience in our care.
