Julie, our sonographer during the 20-week anomaly scan, was absolutely wonderful. She was so happy, kind, and positive throughout the appointment, which immediately put us at ease. As she went through the scan, she explained absolutely everything in a clear and reassuring way, meaning we never felt worried at any point. Her warmth and genuine care made the experience really special, and she is truly a lovely person who made a big difference to our day.
