(as the patient),

Shauna, the midwife who cared for me before and after my caesarean section, was exceptional. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring, and supported me throughout both the preparation and recovery stages. At a time when I was understandably quite stressed and nervous, her calm manner and clear explanations helped put both of us completely at ease. Her professionalism and compassion made a huge difference to our experience, and I felt very well cared for under her guidance.

Congratulations on the birth of your baby I hope you have made a good recovery from the birth.
