"Paediatric ward"

Lucy, a student nurse on the paediatrics ward, was absolutely amazing during our stay when our child was just three days old. At a time when I was extremely emotional, exhausted, and very worried, she showed such genuine kindness and compassion and truly went above and beyond in her care. She checked in on us regularly, helped with every question we had, and offered constant reassurance through her words and actions. The comfort and reassurance she provided meant so much to me, and I will always be grateful for the care she gave us during such a vulnerable time.
