"Comforting care approach"

On Sunday 14/12/2025, Dr Saimansar was the doctor checking in on my Nephew who is quite ill - with his parents and family in a very worried state. 

The way Dr Saimansar handled the situation is commendable. 

She gave us the facts of the situation in a very caring way. Made us to feel like, we matter and that the care of our boy is imperative to the medical care team. She took time to explain in layman’s language the situation and the progress my nephew has made within 2 days.

This gave us better clarity and helped to ease our confused minds.

She also took charge, coordinating the management of care and checking before she finished her shift that treatment was going well 

Her approach throughout has been very soothing to us, considering how worrying the situation was.

We feel the need to say thanks to her, for her caring and professional approach. She is a credit to the NHS.
