"Poor NHS treatment since Covid"

About: Croydon University Hospital / Respiratory medicine GPs in Croydon

(as the patient),

I suffer with brittle asthma all my life and now COPD. I cant get appointment with my GP surgery thats face to face, I call in the morning and wait to be answered, sometimes 30 minutes or more just to be told no appointments left.

They tell me to go to hospital and then when I do go (putting a strain on the already overworked nhs) Im sent away with little or no treatment and no aftercare from the hospital or your GPS.

I'm left alone in a room and I feel isolated depressed, unwell, hopeless and like there's not a person in the world thatd be willing to get me the right help I need.

My mental health is suffering and no one will give me any real assessment or diagnosis. GP just try give me pills or therapy without first having come to a conclusion about what they're actually getting treated for...all the while my faith in the nhs as a service is next to none.

I need help and I don't believe anyone gives a damn. I just get pushed from pillar to post without ever feeling anyone is seeing me in person or evaluating me properly.

I cant get any help to even get further support or advice or any kind of assessments and I feel this is a way to get rid of me, making me feel like a burden through dismissiveness.
