A Frailty Practitioner came to assess my situation recently and spent 2 hrs getting to know me and my needs. She organised Grab rails for outside doors and the bath / shower, a bath seat, armchair cushion and wheeled walker. All these were here within 5 days.
She also gave me information regarding Age Concern, UK Connect regarding lifeline and keysafe. I duly followed up and have got them. I didn't know any of these things were available so I am highly delighted as all the aids are helping me in my daily life.
