I was not advised of my care plan when admitted
I was supposed to have been in a soft diet but was never told to me
The process of what was happening or what needed to happen after my operation was not told to me

Please can you let us know your concerns in more detail so we can learn from them and also assure of that - without any details it is very hard for me to answer this and, as Matron for the Hub, I would like more information and to speak with you, or you can go through PALS if you feel you need to and they will contact me. I can only apologise for your experience but would like to try and give you some assurance if you contact us.
