"Such a lovely, thoughtful team"

I attended the children's ophthalmology clinic recently with my young daughter. The staff in the outpatient's department were fantastic from the porter who helped to direct us when we first arrived right through to all the staff that assisted in my daughter's appointment. They were friendly, welcoming and very informative as well as very patient with a young child! I really appreciated how they interacted with my daughter and helped to put her at ease and talk to her so that the appointment could be completed efficiently. They even provided toys to help keep her entertained while we waited on the appointment being completed. It was a pleasure to meet such a lovely, thoughtful team!
