I recently attended for an X-ray. I telephoned X-ray department reception @ 9.30, spoke with Wendy who informed me yes, they had my details and I would be able to attend without the actual form from my GP and telling me working hours of the department.
I attended @ 3 pm., I was booked in, asked to take a seat and within 5 minutes I was attended to by radiographer Kirstie… what a personality! friendly, professional, put me completely at ease. Kirstie carried out my X-ray, giving instructions to ensure the best outcome for myself.
Kirstie accompanied me back to the main clinic …. Kirstie … What a Star 🌟🌟. Thank you!!
