Recently I telephoned Braesview Medical centre at 8 am, I explained my situation to receptionist Gillian and was offered a telephone triage appt. 20 minutes later, Doctor Lopez telephoned and offered me a face to face appt within the next 30 minutes. I was initially seen by ANP Thomson who then referred to Dr. Lopez, a plan was made for further treatment, medication etc., and at the end of the day, Dr. Lopez telephoned me directly at home to check I was still managing and with instructions if my condition worsened.
I have received further telephone calls from Braesview staff to let me know X-ray, tests & blood tests appt, have been booked for me.
I am overwhelmed by the care, kindness & support I have received that week (and at other times of flare up) I cannot thank the Braesview Medical Centre enough!!
