(as a service user),

I felt so reassured and was put at ease immediately by Emma's gentle, caring manner, when I went for my breast screening appointment in Drumalane recently. This is what excellent communication and compassionate care is all about. I was taken on time, given clear instructions,  Emma chatted while she carried out the procedure, making me feel more relaxed. Fantastic job, well done and thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our Breast service. As deputy lead radiographer for the breast team within the southern health and social care trust it is so reassuring for me to read your very positive comments.

I will ensure this feedback is shared with Emma and all members of the breast team.

All members of the breast team strive to deliver the highest standard of care and it is very encouraging to hear this standard is being provided.
