(as a service user),

My mum has a care package of 2 carers 4 times a day that are her lifeline due to her being wheelchair bound. They always provide and excellent service and are so good. But just wanted to flag after the last week re their commitment and compassion. 

My mum also lives quite rural and with the cold weather recently this made the roads to her house quite dangerous and not easy to travel to. But the group of carers that visit never missed a call and I know to do that was going that extra step.  We live 2 hours away so knowing the group of ladies that look after my mum are so committed is such a reassurance to us and the whole family. 

Particularly would like to mention 

Jackie, Mary, Anne, Heather, Aisling and Joanne.
