"Seen quickly after urgent referral"

I would like to commend the physiotherapy service. I had an urgent referral and received a partial booking letter and when I called to book the appointment I was offered one in my closest clinic for the following day. Tom the physiotherapist was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and professional. He performed a thorough assessment and gave me achievable exercises to perform at home. I was then given a review appointment. I work in the trust and have to say my experience of this service was excellent.
