I was sectioned by the police this year then taken to the Rowan Ward in Yeovil. I have no complaints about the staff there.
However I was told I'd be there for 24hours. After less than 4 hours, I was seen by a team of specialists.
I was then discharged on the condition I would accept their help with referrals to therapies, talking therapies, even home-schooling referrals.
Since then, I haven't heard a thing. I left with the hope I'd start getting the help I needed and so far I've been left completely alone. Luckily I have kept my head on, as there has been no help from them to do so. I imagine if I was any worse, I simply wouldn't be here anymore. I find it incomprehensible they'd release me early and refer me to several people and then leave me completely in the dark.
"Completely in the dark"
