"Trip to A&E with a friend"

My friend started developing chest pains about 5pm and with the help of a neighbour they rang 111. They were told to go straight to A&E at Dorset County Hospital.
As soon as we arrived at the hospital, the staff were friendly, calm and explained everything making them very reassuring. I also witnessed other patients being treated with dignity and patience.
Of special note I would like to say the lady who took my friend's chest x-rays was really lovely. Thank you to all the staff.
