The start wasnt great with a meltdown with getting blood in the clinic . But soon as we got to the ward we were asked if we would like to use the sensory room which we did . We were aloud to sit in there all day have their pre meds there and have them wake up there. The staff were amazing and outstanding with the twins and their needs. The understanding and kindness towards the twins was truly outstanding. All the staff that dealt with them was extremely kind and made us as parents feel safe with twins being away in surgery. We were aloud to wait in the sensory room until they came back. This ward is completely one in a million and all the staff are outstanding. The sensory room is amazing and very well put together.
