"My experience with OT representative."

Isla contacted me following my application for some assistance through my GP.

Isla went above and beyond to assist us right from the start, not only discussing the items we knew we needed, but also suggesting she contact various agencies to ensure we were receiving the correct value of benefits etc.

From Isla's initial contact with us, it took less than a week (4 working days) for my additional stair hand rails, security hand rails at front door, and bathroom and toilet and key safe to be installed. She has also contacted the safety alarm people for an installation too, and we are waiting for them to contacts us. My bath lift only took 9 working days from initial assessment. Amazing.

I can't praise Isla highly enough for her outstanding professionalism, her time-keeping was impeccable, always arriving exactly at the time she said she would be with us. The fact that all the necessary assist items arrived to fast is little short of absolutely amazing.

If I had to mark Isla and the installation team out of ten I would give them a score of 20!. The OT Department has a very real asset in her and the team. Top marks.!!
