(as the patient),

I have experienced extremely high level care from all aspects of the maternity care team throughout my pregnancy through to elective section. 

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Claire in day care for her reassurance and comfort during a stressful time.

To Dr Tydeman for his kindness shown to me. I had previous birth trauma which lead to the decision for an elective section this time around. He was incredibly kind and is someone I will never forget.

To Nikki the elective section midwife, capturing the most special moment of meeting our daughter and going out her way and taking time out of her busy day to check in on me to make sure I was recovering well. 

And finally to Chantelle for her care during my inpatient stay and having the patience of a saint. 

Everyone was incredible but I will never forget those four people who made a scary time, a lot better.

Congratulations on the birth of your daughter.

I am so pleased that the time, kindness, expertise and compassion aided in a very different experience for you this time. Person centred care is what we strive for each and every time.

Thank you for not only sharing your journey through several of our services but also remembering certain staff by name, especially during such a monumental moment for you where your attentions would most definitely be elsewhere. I know by sharing feedback with staff when they have been remembered by name, makes it so much more personal which they appreciate.

I will personally share this with all individuals named.
