"I received excellent care"

I want to commend the staff of ward C5 for the excellent care I received when I was an inpatient for 17 days in Nov 2025. I found all the staff very compassionate. I was very ill, and the nurses were really knowledgeable and skilled to treat very ill patients. The staff were very kind, and showed great empathy for me when I was so sick and worried. The staff nurses were amazing. The overseas staff were fantastic. Medical staff were excellent at keeping me informed and discussing any options. The domestic was also very kind and caring to all the patients. I just can't praise the ward manger and her staff enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You all make an amazing difference to peoples experience in hospital by being so kind and positive.
