"Always very warm, friendly and non-judgemental"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / No Wrong Door

(as a service user),

Jethro from Inclusion’s No Wrong Door has done so ineffably much to support me with my alcoholism. He was always very warm, friendly, non-judgemental, encouraging, empowering and easy to speak to, not to mention wise and insightful beyond his years, and genuinely eager to help. There is literally nothing I could fault him for, and this is clearly his calling. With him, I have learned so much about myself and my issues, including on the subjects of religion, forgiveness and people pleasing, on what can keep me on the wagon, such as good food, exercise, and spending more time doing a variety of things I enjoy. Often, simply talking through my issues with him brought solutions to my mind too. He also liaised with my community mental health team, and when I fledged from under his wing and moved to Cornwall, he even sent me the details of organisations that could help me with the same issues there. It’s worth saying that I have diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Social Phobia, Dysthymia, Insomnia and ADHD, and I am suspected of having CPTSD and Dyspraxia too, making me quite the complex case, so if you have any of those conditions you’re definitely coming to the right place and couldn’t hope for any better. If his colleagues are only half as good at what they do as he is, they’d still be exceptional. Hats off to everyone at Inclusion; I will be forever grateful!
