(as the patient),

I have been seeing a High Intensity CBT Therapist on line for several weeks and the difference she has made to my life is immense. I have my life back with a real understanding of how and why I felt so anxious. I have the tools now to make a real difference. I feel confident enough to go forward and enjoy the rest of my life. It is never too late to ask for help. Thank you to all concerned but especially to my therapist,Tansy from Hereford.

It is always lovely to hear that the treatment being offered is benefitting people and it sounds like it has been really powerful for you, which is fantastic!
