Had to call 999 in emergency as my partner was having an asthma attack, the ambulance arrived within 4 minutes of making the initial call. We had Matthew & Chloe arrive who were absolutely amazing from start to finish, they were lovely, caring, informative, easing - they really are a credit to the NHS. Staff like this should be well looked after and retained, they deserve a bonus or a pay rise. Good staff are hard to come by and these were a pair of angels.
