I attended the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) at New Victoria Hospital in Glasgow one recent morning (late January) at approx. 10am for a sprained ankle. I just want to say the service was great. I was seen immediately, and each of the staff I dealt with - from the receptionist, doctor/nurse, radiologist - were so helpful and friendly, and clearly excellent at their job. Apologies, I can't remember any of their names.
