"My father's care and support"

Excellent service given and support whilst my father was diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. From following up with appointments and keeping my mother (his carer) informed and supported from the first time they came into contact.  Making them feel listened to and taking the time to explain the process of the appointments.  Showing great patience and respect during home visits. We feel blessed as family to have received such a high level of support which we believe has given us a great deal of positivity to go forward with knowledge of what to expect.
