About: Adult Health & Support Services / Primary Care Out of Hours

(as a parent/guardian),

Arrived at the OOH Service with my daughter, appointment was scheduled as planned … as soon as we got in my daughter was taken for tests almost immediately- since this we have waited around an hour or so, I assume this was down to pending test results prior to diagnosis being given. Doctor seen my daughter after the hour and swiftly diagnosed her . All round excellent service from the moment we called to the end result.

Keep up the greatly appreciated & valuable service.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post on Care Opinion about your positive experience when your daughter was unwell and you attenbded an appointment at the Primary Care Out of Hours centre, Douglas Street, Hamilton.

I am sorry you had a wait to see the doctor but will pass on your lovely comments to the team who will be very pleased to hear that the care given to your daughter was gratefully received.
