"Always smiling and ready to help"

This is to say thank you to the wonderful Podiatry Arrow Team at Evesham. I have been accompanying my husband (who is in a wheelchair) to his appointments there for what feels like most of 2025 due to an ulcer .

Throughout that time we have been had highs and lows as to the healing of the ulcer (as we know they are never easy to heal) but every time we turn up we are welcomed by the lovely Paula the receptionist always smiling and ready to help us with sorting our next appointment out etc. Then into see Martyn who has done an outstanding job using different methods to try to heal the ulcer. And I think we are very nearly there! Martyn is always cheerful and positive. He takes time to listen to our concerns and is happy to fully explain what he is doing and why.  In a world where a lot of the time medical people can make you feel that your body is nothing to do with yourself and why would you want to ask questions here’s a tablet and go! it’s so refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares and wants to do the best job possible to get you well again. Thank you Martyn.  Thank you Paula.  What a team!
